There are many ways that we can obtain a nutritional diet, so we should be able to find a way that suits our own circumstances:-
* Much of the food available to us is so processed that it retains very little of the original nutrients.
* Much food is loaded with artificial additives and sprayed with pesticides, so our bodies are becoming overloaded with chemicals.
* Much of the food readily available to us contains "hidden" sugar, even though it may be advertised as being high fibre or otherwise healthy.
* We can purchase only food that has a high nutritional value.
* We can purchase a good variety of food so that we obtain a balance diet with good nutritional value.
* We can cook or prepare food in ways that best retains its nutritional value.
* We can use recipies that retain the nutritional value of the food we are preparing.
* We can use good quality nutritional supplements to raise the nutritional value of our diet.
* Our beliefs of the nutritional value of the food we eat often bears little resemblance to reality.
* Our understanding of nutrition is very limited and we may need to dig much deeper than we think to work out what is really going on in this world of ours.
* You may think that you are eating food that is good for you, but have health problems similar to those that don't care what they eat. So what is going on?
* Drinking sufficient water every day is a very important part of our nutrition. It is the easiest and the first step we should take in improving our nutrition.
* We should aim for a good balance with the water we drink, the food we eat and the exercise we do, because they are all important parts of obtaining a good nutritional diet.
* The simple solution to these problems is to minimise our chemical intake and make sure that the food we eat has the optimum nutritional value.
* We eat and drink every day - so why don't we eat and drink the food that has real nutritional value to us?
* Make an effort to look after your immune system, so that your immune system is strong enough to look after you.
* Even if we only improve the quality of the food we eat we can improve our nutrition.
* Eat a good variety of food to improve your nutrition.
* We can learn to read food labels to see what is in the food.
* We can minimise the processing of food to retain the quality better.
* We can minimise the use of foods that are detrimental to improved nutrition.
