Good nutrition is important because we can improve the quality of our life considerably.
With good nutrition we improve our energy levels.
With good nutrition we combat diseases.
With good nutrition we can minimise influenza.
With good nutrition we build up our immune system.
With good nutrition we can minimise allergies.
With good nutrition we can minimise our health costs.
With good nutrition we can lose weight.
We can often often make quite large steps to improve our nutrition by simply improving the quality of the food we eat.
We should also seriously consider the fact that we can destroy the nutritional value of food by adding ingredients such as gluten, fats and sugar that erode the goodness originaly there.
What we drink has a similar importance to what we eat. Water is the first requirement in sufficient quantity.
One of the prime reasons we put on excess weight is too much gluten in our food, ie. too much bread and similar products with highly processed gluten.
We can feel a lot better and improve our immune system simply by improving our nutrition to a good level.
